Every year, we bring together rural pastors from different regions for an intensive conference focused on:
- Biblical Truth & Doctrinal Clarity – Addressing the rise of false teachings and strengthening pastors in sound doctrine.
- Leadership & Church Administration – Training pastors to lead effectively, disciple their congregations, and manage church affairs.
- Evangelism & Mission Strategies – Equipping pastors with tools to reach their communities with the Gospel.

Beyond the annual conference, we are developing a structured three-month training program to equip current and future church leaders. This initiative will provide:
- Theological & Biblical Training – Ensuring pastors are deeply rooted in Scripture and sound doctrine.
- Practical Ministry Skills – Teaching leadership, church governance, and discipleship methods.
- Mentorship & Accountability – Connecting pastors with experienced mentors to guide their spiritual and ministry growth.
2, Christlike Leadership Academy
The Christlike Leadership Academy (CLA) is a three-month intensive training program dedicated to equipping pastors and church leaders with biblical wisdom, practical ministry skills, and Christ-centered leadership principles. In a world where leadership is often compromised by power, corruption, and false teachings, this academy exists to restore integrity, servant leadership, and sound doctrine in the African church.
Through a combination of theological training, discipleship, and ministry mentorship, participants will be equipped to:

✅ Shepherd God’s People in alignment with biblical principles.

3. Education & Skill Training Sponsorship Program
Veritas Gospel is dedicated to helping marginalized youth escape poverty by providing access to education and vocational training through external training centers. Our program offers sponsorships to help youth gain the skills needed for employment and entrepreneurship.
Program Highlights:
- Education Sponsorship: We provide financial support for schooling and tertiary education to help youth reach their academic and career goals.
- Vocational Training: We sponsor youth to attend reputable training centers where they can learn skills such as carpentry, tailoring, agriculture, digital literacy, and health services.
- Mentorship & Support: In addition to training, participants receive mentorship and guidance to help them succeed in their education and career journey.
- Community Impact: By sending youth to training centers, we aim to empower them with the skills needed to contribute to their communities and create sustainable livelihoods.
How It Works:
- Sponsorship Application: Youth apply based on their need and desire to develop a skill.
- Training Center Placement: We partner with accredited training centers to provide relevant courses and practical experience.
- Ongoing Support: We track participants' progress and offer continued guidance to ensure their success.
Why Africa?
The African Church holds incredible potential to shape the future of Christianity globally. However, many rural churches are led by pastors who lack formal training in the Word of God. This creates an environment where false teachings can easily spread, leaving congregations vulnerable to deception and corruption.
Reviving the African Church means building strong, Christlike leadership that can stand against the pressures of dictatorship, poverty, and manipulation by false prophets. By equipping pastors with solid biblical knowledge and leadership skills, we can empower them to lead their communities in truth and righteousness, fostering churches that are beacons of hope, healing, and transformation.
