WHO WE ARE

Veritas Gospel is a Christ-centered movement discipling and equipping a new generation of African Christian leaders to serve with integrity, wisdom, and boldness. We exist to revive the African Church by training untrained pastors, confronting false doctrines, and restoring Biblical truth.

Our mission goes beyond the pulpit — we disciple Africans both in Africa and in the diaspora, including youth and believers in Australia, empowering them to reach their communities with the Gospel. Through training, media, and outreach, we raise Christlike leaders in every sector to rebuild Africa on truth and righteousness.

OUR VISION

To raise a new wave of spiritually mature, ethically grounded, and boldly visionary Christian leaders who will reshape Africa’s future by restoring truth in the Church and promoting righteous leadership in every sphere — from the pulpit to parliament.

MISSION

To disciple and equip a current and emerging generation of African Christian leaders who serve with integrity, Christlike character, and Kingdom-driven purpose — transforming not only churches but also political and societal structures through the truth of the Gospel.

OUR 3D MISSION:

- Disciple African Christian youth,

- Develop Christlike leaders with sound doctrine, and

- Deploy them to impact their community.

Gaps in African Ministries in Australia:

Lack of Culturally Relevant Sunday School and Bible Study Resources for Children

Many churches lack age-appropriate, engaging, and culturally contextualized discipleship material for children on Sundays.

Limited Awareness and Training on Child Protection Laws

Many pastors and church leaders are unfamiliar with Australia’s strict child safety regulations, putting children and ministries at risk.

Lack of DISCIPLESHIP AND Leadership Development for the Next Generation

Few structured programs exist to mentor and equip young African-Australian Christians for leadership in church and society.

Poor Financial and Governance Literacy in Church Leadership

Some leaders lack training in financial accountability, nonprofit compliance, and good governance, risking legal and ethical issues.

WHY AFRICA

Christianity in Africa has experienced remarkable growth over the past century. In 1900, there were approximately 10 million Christians on the continent; by 2024, this number had surged to an estimated 734 million, making Africa home to the largest Christian population globally .Wikipedia+1OMSC+1

This rapid expansion presents significant challenges, particularly in the training and equipping of church leaders. It is estimated that up to 90% of pastors in Africa lack formal theological training, highlighting a critical need for comprehensive leadership development within the church .

The implications of this leadership gap extend beyond ecclesiastical concerns. Church leaders often play influential roles in addressing spiritual, social, economic, and political challenges within their communities. Empowering both clergy and lay leaders is essential for the church to effectively contribute to human development and societal transformation across Africa .scielo.org.za+1indieskriflig.org.za+1indieskriflig.org.za+1scielo.org.za+1

Addressing this need requires innovative approaches to theological education. While formal training programs are valuable, they may not suffice to meet the growing demand. Non-formal and contextually relevant training models offer significant potential to equip leaders with the necessary competencies to serve effectively in diverse African contexts .worldea.org+1Daily Christian Journey+1

Investing in the development of well-trained, integrity-driven Christian leaders is vital for the continued growth and impact of the church in Africa. Such leaders are poised to influence not only religious spheres but also broader societal structures, including governance and public policy.
